Caver and Associates Inc. is a small brokerage and development company operating in Durango, Colorado for over 33 years. We offer development, planning and zoning consultations and marketing for all aspects of real estate. We have been involved in several local developments including multi-family, commercial (retail and office) and mixed use. Notably, the Escalante Crossing/Home Depot development.
Our last project was successfully completed in 2008. The Lofts at 1201 is a mixed use building in historic downtown Durango. This contemporary 4 story steel and brick building received the City of Durango’s Outstanding New Construction Design award for 2008. Comprising 12 residential condominiums and 9 commercial spaces, this unique property features exquisitely finished contemporary designs. Currently Caver and Associates is the listing agent for Southfork Ranch, Durango’s newest commercial retail land development.
